The past ten years I have lived and breathed decentralized initiatives, networks and communities. My professional experiences range from founding two NGO’s, consulting within agile strategy and governance, facilitating leadership training, organising several large participatory events, building Sweden's feminine leadership movement and leading the marketing and tech team at one of Sweden's largest ecommerces.

Some years ago I was introduced to the work of Lovisa Alsen and had a deep awakening into my body and the feminine. This work has profoundly impacted me as a leader and women, and unlocked crucials keys for succeeding with new paradigm initiatives. The past years I have been a passionate student of Lovisas and other mystics work, founded Nordic Womens’ gathering, practiced feminine leadership in the management team of a large agile organization as well as, together with Lovisa created a practice community for female leaders - where we also have brought in men to explore the polarities.

I have seen what is possible when the missing aspects of the feminine and masculine are unleashed in a team or organisation, especially in when it comes to agile and decentralized/network based initiatives. Today this creative dance underlies all of my work.
